TRR Seeking Artistic Director

Linda Boice, who has capably led Three Rivers Ringers as Artistic Director since 2019, has decided to step back from the podium and back behind the handbell tables. She will step down as Artistic Director at the end of the current season and will return to playing with the ensemble. Three Rivers Ringers is immensely grateful for her dedication to the organization, to making music at high level and for her passion to the art form of handbell ringing.

Accordingly, Three Rivers Ringers, Pittsburgh, PA’s premier handbell ensemble, is seeking an Artistic Director (AD) to lead the organization in the 2026-2027 season and beyond. The AD is responsible for the artistic vision of the ensemble and must display excellent musicality, lead effective rehearsals, and have substantial ensemble conducting experience. The ideal candidate would also have extensive handbell knowledge, including conducting experience and familiarity with handbell repertoire.
